June 28th is the date for two casino grand openings in Atlantic City. News Headlines Ocean Resort Casino and Hard Rock will both open June 28.
Minimum gambling ages are 21 years old for casinos, 18 for poker, 18 for bingo, 21 for sports betting, 18 for horse racing, 18 for the lottery. Resort Casino Hotel is operated by the Mohegan Indian Tribe of Connecticut. Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City is operated by Hard Rock Internation, which is owned by the Seminole Tribe of Florida. There on no tribal-owned casinos in New Jersey, however, two Atlantic City casino are managed by gaming subsidiaries owned by Native American Tribes.
